Appearance:
- Standing at six feet two, Florus seems a bit thin for his side outside of his somewhat broad shoulders and lanky frame. His black hair is mostly messy, a variable mop of raven locks fallen on either side of his face. Piercing grey eyes are his most notable feature along with his somewhat handsome face.
- Generally Florus dresses fairly normally when he's not wearing the standard uniform of the CEU. Black shoes, black pants, a short sleeved polo shirt over that.

Biography:
Florus St-Jacques is special by virtue of being entirely average in every way. The son of government officials in the colony known as Corsica, Florus was like most coordinators in the regard they did well in everything but excelled in nothing. Always the kid who saw the military as an elegant ideal way of life, the young Florus St-Jacques was swayed by a recruiter from the Union. Granted permission from his parents, Florus enlisted at 17 and departed from the colony he called home. Shipped out to Earth to train, the grey eyed colonial kid found himself behind the controls of a ShellFlag in what used to be Florida.
There, dreaming of being engaged in a major battle Florus found himself shielded from the ongoing conflict between the Union and Axis Mundi. Mostly Florus found his job being on patrol for the base he was stationed at, and every now and then, deployed on a mission when it required the use of the heavier Flag variant he used. However, everything changed with the Battle of Luna, perhaps proving himself with his station on earth Florus St-Jacques was transferred aboard the SCV-73 Pegasus class ship known as Charlemagne. Given a new mobile suit to use, Florus St-Jacques found himself quite pleased behind the controls of a yellow and red on blue Sword Calamity, the Charlemagne was one of the first ships to be stationed near the newly taken Artemis City.
Spending the next year doing the repetitive tasks of cleaning up the remains of the gunboy horde and making sure pirates and salvagers didn't touch CEU's new territory. However, as tensions began to build with the Commonwealth, Florus would wish of being in a major battle soon fulfilled. Sent to Side 2, The Charlemagne would find itself plunged deep within the fighting, and Florus would find out everything was not as idealistic as he thought it'd be as a kid. Early on in the fighting, Florus would see one of his long time friends and comrades killed, saving his mobile suit from an incoming shot. Taking his revenge, Florus would brutalize the Aoyagi class Watchman before killing the Watchman's newtype pilot Casey Weston at the cost of his Sword Calamity.
General Robert J Young, one of the leaders of the Union's recent and still relatively secret Scuderia Project saw potential in both the crew of the Charlemagne. The singular pilot that survived the horror of the Side 2 Battle once he woke from his injuries was greeted by orders to meet Captain Brossue. When he arrived, Florus was greeted by Captain Brossue and Lieutenant Preach Moses. Finding out that they were transferred into the Scuderia project, Florus was given the controls of the prototype G-Bouncer and brought into the program as it's primary test pilot. After meeting General Young at the moon, the Charlegmane departed with the G-Bouncer and departed towards Side 3 for testing.
