Biography: An ace pilot for the Terra Firma Republic who switched sides after the First Solar Civil War, eventually becoming Fleet Admiral of the Space Frontier Republic. Towards the end of the Second Solar Civil War he resigned in disgrace, only to return after the Cataclysm as a major presence in the Frontier Commonwealth. Previously overseeing the Commonwealth's special CESTUS division, he is now the sole power behind the entire Commonwealth government and military.

Strengths: Lance's exceptional precognitive abilities have led him to victory countless times. A battlefield dominant veteran, he prefers to fight several groups of enemies at once. He is an expert at disarming and eliminating all manner of remote weapons. Not an easily overwhelmed individual. A long-term tactician who prefers extended and drawn-out multi-man skirmishes.
Weaknesses: He is very inefficient at controlling remote weapons, and can not use them effectively. Predominantly a reactive combatant, and sometimes has trouble in one-on-one fights.
